What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase please contact customer service. We highly value customer feedback.
Why isn't my soap wrapped in plastic?
Climate change is a real and growing crisis. In an effort to minimize our carbon footprint we do not use plastic molds or packaging - not even plastic utensils or bowls in our soap lab. We reuse shipping boxes whenever possible and your soap bārs are wrapped in kraft paper; we pack your box with crinkled paper and reuse other packaging like air pillows and crumpled paper.
What is your shipping policy?
Placed an order and want to know when to expect your item? Standard website orders, meaning without custom work, ship in 3-5 business days. Custom orders ship in approx. 7-9 business days. Many of my items, like body butter are made fresh when you order! We ship using both the USPS and UPS. Your order will always ship with an expedited ship method. Our flat rate shipping is moving to $9.95 in 2022 to reflect the rising cost of shipping. Orders over $50 ship free!
What's in your soap?
My soap is crafted from my own artisan recipes. My base oils include coconut, soybean, olive, canola and grapeseed. I also use avocado oil, peanut butter, cocoa butter, shea butter and many natural additives in my soaps. My descriptions will always include details on additives used in a bar. Like activated charcoal, clay, pumice and organic coffee.
All my soaps are FREE of SLS/SLES FREE of parabens and FREE of phthalates. This includes my melt and pour base!
